Purpose of Data Processing

NEWSLETTER
Personal data collected through the newsletter subscription form will be processed exclusively to send informational and/or promotional communications regarding the activities, initiatives, and events of the Data Controller.

PAYPAL
Data provided by users when making donations through PayPal will be processed solely for managing the transaction and issuing the fiscal receipt, when applicable.
The Data Controller does not store full payment details (e.g., card numbers), as the transaction is managed directly by PayPal according to their own privacy policy.

Legal Basis of Processing

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, expressed by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the subscription form.

Email management systems are provided by 4Dem S.r.l., which acts as an External Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
